Pets are allowed in our standalone villas in Montescudaio and San Giuseppe.
Your beloved dogs will feel like at home but will require a certain attention not to cross the property boarders. Please contact the reception to check the pet fee.
In our prime residence, in Saline di Volterra, no pets are allowed.
Sets of towels are delivered to your apartments in the number of guests registered on arrival. One set constitutes of: one bath towel, one small towel and a foot towel per every bathroom. Towels are changed after one week of stay. Cost of towels is covered by the rental fee. Swimming pool towels are available on request at Reception. Please check the price with Reception. Please don’t use white towels from apartments at the swimming pool area.
Linen is delivered to your apartments and beds are done before your arrival. Please be aware that beds are done in the Italian style. In Spring and autumn quilts or blankets are available on request. Change of linen is delivered on request after one week of stay but beds are done by guests.
Swimming pools are not guarded. It is essential to follow all conditions stipulated in our “Swimming Pool Regulations”. Due to fundamental safety and legal requirements at least one adult person at apartment signs “The Regulations” on arrival. Click HERE.
The Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Apicius villa. Osteria Etrusca serves the typical Italian cuisine: full board or selected meals. Typically it is open from May to September – please check opening hours and its’ menu at WWW: osteriaetrusca.com
Apartments and villas are equipped with appliances and tableware sufficient for preparing and consume meals. Please check details of the equipment on our pages but be aware that some minor changes might happen. Typically we deliver: Gas or electric cooker / Oven / Fridge / MOKA Coffeemaker / Kettle / Toaster on request/ Cookware / Dinnerware / Glassware / Cutlery including wine opener, vegetable peeler and grater / Set of tea-towels and table cloth.
We strongly recommend visiting vineyards in neighbourhood. Tuscan wine is famous in the world. Our recommendation you will find HERE.
There are 4 parking lots at the Prime Residence of Tuscany Forever but one of them is assigned to The Tempo Villa exclusively and one to the Forma villa. The main parking area is vast and there is no problem to find a free space for your car. No particular parking space is assigned to a particular car. Be aware that driving within the internal Residence area is not allowed. Only entrance to the internal area by car is possible for pack in and pack out your belongings. Each of our standalone villas has a parking lot directly next to the villa. Cost of parking is covered by the rental fee.
There is the recharger for electric cars on our main parking lot. Please check with Reception prices and conditions of use.
Our newest venues – San Giuseppe villas are equipped with air conditioning. There is no extra fee for using AC.
In Saline di Volterra and Montescudaio mobile AC equipment is offered. We install them on request. Please check the price with the Reception.

A typical apartments rental doesn’t offer a wide scope of services. Our Reception in Saline di Volterra helps our guests in case of any technical problem or advises on daily matters. Due to Italian legal regulations our receptions’ staff is responsible for registration procedure on guests arrival. Reception is open every day – please check opening hours. We will be happy to help however be aware that Tuscany Forever is not a hotel and our services are limited to necessary support for our guests.
Our guests are welcome at Tuscany Forever from 4 p.m. Check in procedure provides for a registration of all persons occupying an apartment. The registration is required by the Italian law. Before the kay is given a breakage deposit is paid by our guest in cash. The amount of breakage deposit is between 300 to 500 euro (300 euro per apartment and 500 euro per villa). If you find any technical problem in apartment , please call the reception immediately. Checkout procedure takes place before leaving the apartment , not later than at 10 a.m. In case of very early leaving the checkout procedure is run the day before. In case of detection of any damages at apartment, the cost of renovation or replacement is deducted from the breakage deposit. If there is no damages at the apartment, the breakage deposit is returned in the full amount.
Before the key is given to our guest a breakage deposit is paid by our guest in cash. The amount of breakage deposit is between 300 to 500 euro (300 euro per apartment and 500 euro per villa). In case of detection of any damages at apartment which happened during the stay of our Guest the cost of renovation or replacement is deducted from the breakage deposit. If there is no damages at the apartment , the breakage deposit is returned in the full amount.
Due to the Italian legal regulations Tuscany Forever is obliged to register every person including kids on the arrival. We do our best to make the process as smooth as possible but it requires a certain time. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Our prime residence is located in Saline di Volterra where there are 12 villas with 29 comfortable apartments, 3 swimming pools, a tennis court , a sport field, an external gym and the Restaurant Osteria Etrusca.
There are two standalone villas in Montescudaio: Aquaviva and Berti each of them with a private swimming pool and a play yard.
In Montecatini there are three luxury, standalone villas: Scirocco, Tramontana and Maestrale each of them with a private swimming pool.
Reception of Tuscany Forever is located in Saline di Volterra and it is open every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with one hour of lunch break. After 5 p.m. only emergency calls are acceptable. Our staff is helpful on daily matters and any technical problem. Due to Italian legal regulations our receptions’ staff is responsible for registration procedure on guests arrival. We will be happy to help however be aware that Tuscany Forever is not a hotel and our services are limited to necessary support for our guests.
There is no boredom at Tuscany Forever specially for kids. In our prime residence there are 3 swimming pools one of them is round with a current which is loved by kids. The tennis court is available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. No reservation is on place just play if it is free. Tennis rackets and balls are available at the Reception. Tennis court is used ONLY to play tennis, other sport activities should be practiced on the sport field located on the opposite side of the main swimming pool. Apart of them there is the external gym – feel free to use it any time. If you occupy any of our standalone villas you can benefit from a private swimming pool. All swimming pools are maintained by a professional company and the water meets all restricted requirements of the Italian regulations.
In 35 minutes from Saline di Volterra and Montecatini but only 15 minutes from Montescudaio you will reach the nearest beaches of Cecina, Marina di Bibbona, Donoratico, Castiglioncello and San Vincenzo. A line of the sea stretches from Livorno to Piombino – Castiglioncello, Quercianella, Rosignano, Vada, Cecina, Bibbona, Marina di Castagneto and San Vincenzo. Beaches of pale sand, like those at San Vincenzo and Baratti, alternate with the darker sands of Marina di Castagneto, Bibbona and Cecina, and wind-sculpted rocky shores where the water is deep and teeming with fish. Well-equipped marinas provide plenty of opportunities for yachting.
The tennis court is available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. No reservation is on place just play if it is free. Tennis rackets and balls are available at the Reception. Tennis court is used ONLY to play tennis, other sport activities should be practiced on the sport field located on the opposite side of the main swimming pool.
The nearest shops are in Saline di Volterra where you can buy your daily food, petrol, medicines and some small equipment. There are three supermarkets in Volterra: COOP, CONAD and EUROSPIN which are open even on Sundays. Please check opening hours.
The neighbourhood offers number of attractions for travellers, families and kids. Our recommendation are presented in the GUIDE.
There is a pharmacy in Saline di Volterra where you can find a typical choice of pharmaceutical products. In case of injury or any illnesses we recommend a visit to the hospital located in Volterra. Please be sure that your health insurance is adequate. In minor cases you can address your health problem to Misericordia in Saline di Volterra. Every time you should check opening hours (the hospital accepts patients 24/7).
Tuscany Forever accept bank transfers and on line payment by Pay Pal. Cash payments are accepted only for breakage deposit or small amounts for towels or laundry.
In Prime Residence there are laundry machines in selected villas which are available for all our guests. Only in the standalone villas and selected apartments there are laundry machines for individual usage. Washing powder and softener are not delivered.
There is a limited scope of services which we can offer to our guests including mobile air conditioning and so called “start pack”. Start Pack is a set of basic food and drinks which are ordered by a guest prior to the arrival and delivered by Tuscany Forever to the apartment. Please check details of delivered products and prices. Mobile air-conditioning is installed at the apartment on request. Contact the Reception please.
Bicycles are rent by ‘Becuzzi Rent’ in Volterra.
