Lay the table outside and let the view open east, north and west over the garden and the Volterra hill, the kind of spot where a long lunch has no reason to end.
Three bedrooms across 112 m² suit a family or friends, up to six: a master with a king-size bed, a second with two single beds, and a third with a queen. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, and an open kitchen-living room at the centre. The full estate is open to you as well: three swimming pools, a tennis court, a sports field, an outdoor gym, and the Osteria Etrusca restaurant (do check the opening hours).
