These General Terms & Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties within the Tuscany Forever booking process. By making a booking you accept these terms.

Booking process

A booking becomes binding only once Tuscany Forever confirms it by e-mail. Until that confirmation is issued, Tuscany Forever reserves the right to refuse any booking.

Payment

Payment terms (advance and balance) are set out in the booking confirmation and the rental contract. The balance is due no later than 21 days before the arrival date; for bookings made less than 21 days before arrival, payment is due in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation & amendment

Cancellations and amendments are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Guest obligations

Guests are responsible for the people they invite to the estate, and for any damage they cause. A refundable breakage deposit is taken on arrival and returned in full where no damage occurs. Guests agree to follow the estate by-laws and pool regulations below.

Complaints

We make every effort to ensure an enjoyable stay. If any cause for complaint arises, please report it immediately so we can take remedial action as soon as possible. If a complaint cannot be resolved during your stay, please submit it by e-mail or in writing within 28 days of your departure date.

Estate by-laws

These rules apply across Tuscany Forever in Saline di Volterra, Montescudaio and Montecatini, to the use of apartments, villas, pools and other facilities. They are binding on all guests and visitors. Children and young people under 18 may only stay on the estate under the supervision of their legal guardians.

• Check-in & check-out. Check-in from 4.00 pm; check-out by 10.00 am. Times may be adjusted by up to 2 hours with prior consent.
• Quiet hours. 11.00 pm to 6.00 am — no noisy activity that would disturb other guests.
• Vehicles. Driving within the estate is prohibited except to load/unload on the day of arrival and departure (max 15 km/h). Park only in the indicated car-park zone.
• Waste. Tuscany Forever does not collect guests’ waste. Please recycle (raccolta differenziata) using the labelled containers at the end of the access way.
• Towels & furniture. Indoor towels and bed linen are for indoor use only; pool towels can be rented at reception. Please use furniture with care and do not move it outdoors.
• Heating & sockets. Gas heating is charged at the rates published online and varies by apartment. Two socket types are installed — please choose the one that fits your equipment.
• No smoking indoors. Smoking is only permitted outdoors, away from other guests. Fines may apply for breaches.
• Safety. Use of the estate well is prohibited. CCTV operates in open-air areas only (never in apartments, bathrooms, changing rooms); recordings are accessed only by authorised staff or legal authorities.

Swimming pool regulations

All persons use the pools at their own risk; Tuscany Forever accepts no liability for injury, death or loss associated with their use. In particular:

• Never leave a child unsupervised in or near a pool — not even for a second.
• No glass, fragile toys, running, pushing, spitting or similar behaviour in the pool area.
• Please shower before swimming. Appropriate swimwear must be worn; infants must wear swim nappies with rubber pants.
