A private home of its own, with its own pool and garden. Please note it sits apart from our Prime Residence in Saline di Volterra — the estate facilities there (three swimming pools, a tennis court and the Osteria Etrusca restaurant) are about 10 minutes away by car.
Villa San Giuseppe Scirocco sits on its own at the foot of the Montecatini hill, a standalone Tuscan villa with a private swimming pool and a sweeping 360° view of the hills. Designed in the local style and surrounded by cypresses and oleanders, it offers up to six guests the privacy of their own residence and the kind of stillness that is hard to find.
The garden and pool belong to you alone. A poolside terrace with a dining table and chairs and a line of sun beds is made for slow Tuscan days, and there is free parking right beside the villa. Inside, the master bedroom has a private bathroom and a double bed (160×200), a second bedroom has a double, and the third two singles. A large travertine-and-cotto bathroom with a rain shower serves the first floor, and the open kitchen-living room creates one comfortable, welcoming space. Exterior shutters keep it private and pleasantly shaded in the heat.
