The villa is designed in line with the Tuscan architecture, and situated in the garden with a typical Tuscan plants.

The villa is a separate property situated in the garden with the typical Tuscan plants. The private swimming pool. The two terraces are equipped with the dining tables and chairs. There are sun beds at the swimming pool area. The stunning 360° view on the Tuscan hills.

Guests are welcome to the Osteria Etrusca Restaurant in the Prime Residence and where they can use the whole sport infrastructure – 3 swimming pools, tennis court, sport field, outdoor gym.

The property consists of a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, and the last bedroom with three single beds, two large travertine-marble bathrooms with a rain shower and an open concept kitchen living room.
