A private home of its own, with its own pool and garden. Please note it sits apart from our Prime Residence in Saline di Volterra — the estate facilities there (three swimming pools, a tennis court and the Osteria Etrusca restaurant) are around 40 minutes away by car.
Villa Berti sits in the quiet Tuscan countryside among the vineyards of Montescudaio, a comfortable standalone villa with a private swimming pool and a large garden, and a 360° view over the surrounding scenery. Built in the regional architectural tradition and set among typical Tuscan plants, it is a wonderful place for a family holiday of up to seven, with the sea around fifteen minutes away.
The villa is entirely your own, arranged over several levels. Two terraces, each with a dining table and chairs, give you room to follow the shade through the day, while sun beds line the poolside for slow afternoons. Inside, the master bedroom has a king-size bed with its own en-suite, a second a queen, and the third three singles. The bathrooms are finished in travertine marble with rain showers, and the open kitchen-living room makes one warm, easy space, the natural centre of a relaxed Tuscan stay.
