A private home of its own, with its own pool and garden. Please note it sits apart from our Prime Residence in Saline di Volterra — the estate facilities there (three swimming pools, a tennis court and the Osteria Etrusca restaurant) are about 10 minutes away by car.
Villa San Giuseppe Maestrale stands on its own at the foot of the Montecatini hill, a standalone Tuscan villa with a private swimming pool and a glorious 360° view of the surrounding hills. Built in the local architectural tradition and set among cypresses and oleanders, it is a peaceful retreat for up to six, with the privacy of your own residence and only the quiet you came for.
The garden and pool are yours alone. Beside the water, a terrace with a dining table and chairs and a row of sun beds invites long, unhurried days, and parking sits right by the villa at no charge. Inside, the master bedroom has its own bathroom and a double bed (160×200); a second bedroom has a double, and the third two singles. A large travertine-and-cotto bathroom with a rain shower serves the first floor, while the open kitchen and living room makes one warm, easy space. Exterior shutters keep things private and cool through the sunny hours.
