On the first floor of a beautifully restored Tuscan villa, this home for six keeps its vintage character and a spacious private balcony that opens straight from the living room. Step out to the table and chairs and the Tuscan countryside spreads south before you, the kind of view that makes you slow right down.
Three bedrooms across 112 m² suit a family or friends: a master with a king-size bed, a second with two single beds, and a third also with a king, while a mezzanine above adds a little extra room. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, and an open kitchen-living room finish the home. Whenever you like, the estate is yours: three swimming pools, a tennis court, a sports field, an outdoor gym, and the Osteria Etrusca restaurant (please check the opening hours).
