Up on the first floor of a lovingly restored Tuscan villa, this home for six keeps its vintage charm and its own pergola in the garden, set aside just for you. The table and chairs sit waiting in the shade, with the panorama sweeping east and south over the garden toward the Volterra hill.
Three bedrooms fill the 115 m²: a master with a king-size bed (which separates into two singles), a second also with a king, and a third with a queen. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, and an open kitchen-living room round out the home. And whenever you wish, the estate is yours: three swimming pools, a tennis court, a sports field, an outdoor gym, and the Osteria Etrusca restaurant (please check the opening hours).
