Its private pergola terrace opens straight from the living room and looks out west and north over the Tuscan landscape, a dining table set in the shade for slow evening meals as the valley turns gold.
Three bedrooms make the 103 m² flexible: a master with a king-size bed, a second with a queen, and a third with two single beds. Two large travertine-marble bathrooms have rain showers, and the open kitchen-living room is the natural gathering place. The estate’s facilities are all yours: three pools, tennis, a sports field, an outdoor gym, and the restaurant just downstairs (please check the opening hours).
