Villa Acquaviva stands alone in a deeply peaceful corner of Montescudaio, a standalone villa with its own swimming pool and garden and a 360° view across the Tuscan landscape. Built in the regional tradition and set among the cypresses and olives typical of the countryside here, it is an ideal home for up to six, with the sea only around twenty minutes away.
The villa is yours entirely, garden, pool and all. The poolside terrace comes with a dining table and chairs, and sun beds wait at the water’s edge for long, idle afternoons. Inside, a master bedroom holds a king-size bed, a second a queen, and the third two singles, with three bathrooms each fitted with a shower. The open kitchen-living room makes one bright, welcoming space, the natural heart of an unhurried Tuscan stay.

Tourist tax: Children under 18 and over 70 are exempt. Adults pay €2 per person per day for the first 7 days and €1 for the next 7, up to 14 days (maximum €21 per person).
