DESCRIPTION

5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are located on two levels. Stylish and sunny living room with large windows offers peaceful and comfortable place for relax or romantic evenings.

Outdoor space
There is a large terrace with dining area from where nothing stops you to admire Tuscan hills and valleys. On the opposite side of the villa our guests appreciate the private pergola with “Letto Balinese”. The whole Residence’s infrastructure is available for the guests: 3 swimming pools, tennis court, sport field, outdoor gym, Restaurant (please check open hours). A small private parking for 2 cars is located just behind the villa.

Details
The villa consists of a master bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm wide), the other three bedrooms with queen size beds , and the last bedroom with three single beds, three large travertine-marble bathrooms with a rain shower, the last large bathroom with a bath, and the open concept kitchen living room.

*the type of beds might be changed however the number of sleeping places is always 11.
