Raised above the garden up a few steps, this elevated ground-floor home in a restored Tuscan villa has a snug, settled feel and a vintage soul. Its private terrace opens straight from the living room, wrapped in greenery, with the table set and the Tuscan landscape stretching away to the south.
Three bedrooms across 112 m² welcome up to six: a master with a king-size bed, a second with two single beds, and a third with a king. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, and an open kitchen-living room at the heart of it. The estate is there for you too: three swimming pools, a tennis court, a sports field, an outdoor gym, and the Osteria Etrusca restaurant (please check the opening hours).
