San Giuseppe Tramontana. At the foot of the Montecatini hill , out of the way , there is a complex of three luxury villas named SCIROCCO, MAESTRALE, TRAMONTANA. The villas are designed in line with the Tuscan architecture and offer a breath-taking view on surrounding landscape: a vast fields, distant hills and plants typical for Tuscany: cypresses and oleanders. The houses are constructed with natural materials like stones, wood and ceramic. They are the example of a mixture of traditional Tuscan style and a modern infrastructure like air conditioning and useful equipment. Each villa with its’ garden and a private swimming pool constitutes a separate property where our guests might feel free to spend their time in their own way. A private space creates a climate of intimacy – a golden balance between comfort conditions and treasures of the nature. The location in the countryside allows experience relax and peaceful holidays.
The medieval village of Montecatini towers over our small valley. Its’ stone walls and the monumental tower remind us the legacy of the Italian history and culture.

The property consists of a master , comfortable bedroom with private bathroom and a matrimonial bed (160×200). The bedroom on the second floor is equipped with a matrimonial bed (170×190) and the second one with two single beds (80×200). The large travertine and cotto bathroom with a rain shower is located on the first floor. The open concept kitchen with the living room creates a familiar and ergonomic space. The apartment has exterior shutter insulation that ensures privacy and provides nice shade during the sunny hours.

The TRAMONTANA villa is air conditioned but it is up to our guests how much they decide to use it. Let’s have in mind a necessity of reasonable savings of recourses. Electricity cost is calculated during the check-out procedure.

Next to the villa there are two parking places and a shady pergola.

All our guests are welcome to our Prime Residence in Saline di Volterra where you can find two large swimming pools, a tennis court and the Osteria Etrusca Restaurant.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: Ceramics hobs / Oven with a grill mode / Large Fridge freezer / Dishwasher / Washing machine / MOKA Coffeemaker or Espresso Machine / Kettle / Cookware / Dinnerware / Glassware / Cutlery including wine opener, vegetable peeler and grater / Set of tea-towels and table cloth / hoover / iron.
