A private home of its own, with its own pool and garden. Please note it sits apart from our Prime Residence in Saline di Volterra — the estate facilities there (three swimming pools, a tennis court and the Osteria Etrusca restaurant) are about 10 minutes away by car.
Wrapped in its own welcoming garden, Villa San Giuseppe Tramontana is a standalone villa with a private swimming pool and a 360° view across the Tuscan countryside. Built in the regional architectural tradition and set among cypresses and oleanders, it is a fine place to settle in for up to six, with all the privacy of your own residence.
The garden and pool are yours and no one else’s. A poolside terrace with a dining table and chairs and a set of sun beds invites you to slow right down, and free parking sits just beside the villa. Inside, the master bedroom has a private bathroom and a double bed (160×200), a second bedroom a double, and the third two singles. A large travertine-and-cotto bathroom with a rain shower serves the first floor, while the open kitchen-living room makes one easy, sociable space. Exterior shutters keep things private and cool in the sun.
