Good to know From mid-June through July, August and the first half of September the minimum stay is 7 nights, with a Saturday or Sunday changeover depending on the residence. In April, May and October the minimum stay is 2 nights, with a flexible changeover day.

Our largest estate sits in the green countryside of Saline di Volterra, just below the ancient hill-town of Volterra — capital of Etruscan heritage, about 25 minutes away. Twelve villas and twenty-nine residences share three pools, a tennis court and full sports facilities — and the on-site Osteria Etrusca, where Tuscan flavours celebrate the Italian art of taking it slow.

A quieter retreat among the vineyards of Montescudaio. Two villas surrounded by open countryside, each with a private pool, complete calm and dog-friendly gardens — made for guests travelling with pets.

And for something truly special, three new villas at San Giuseppe, on the hills of Montecatini Val di Cecina, marry traditional Tuscan architecture with modern comfort: a private pool and a private garden at each, framed by breath-taking views.

Stone, wood and ceramics, with vintage Italian furniture from antique markets — pieces we renew little by little, so a room may differ gently from its photographs. Craftsmanship that carries the colours and spirit of Tuscany.
