The private pergola terrace with the view on the east – on the Volterra hill and with the direct entrance from the living room. The terrace is equipped with the dining table and chairs.

The whole Residence’s infrastructure is available for the guests: 3 swimming pools, tennis court, sport field, outdoor gym, Restaurant (please check open hours).

The apartment consists of a master bedroom with the king queen size bed , the second bedroom with a super queen size bed and the third bedroom with a single bed, one large travertine-marble bathroom with a rain shower and an open concept kitchen living room.
