These regulations contain rules applicable in the area of the Tuscany Forever in Saline di Volterra and Montescudaio to the use of swimming pools available in the Estate. The Estate is administered by Villa alle Monache GmbH with its branch established in Italy (societa costituita in base a leggi di altro stato) and with its second registered office in Castagneto Carducci (Livorno), Via Aurelia 2/E 57024.

For the safety reason only Guests who were registered upon their arrival are allowed to enter the swimming pool area. These regulations are binding upon all Guests, i.e., those who rent apartments or villas and to all those who enter the area of the Estate. A Guest is responsible for people who have been invited by the Guest to visit the Estate and who have not checked in.

Swimming pools are available for Guests from 9.00 a.m. till 9.00 p.m. however they might be closed even during the day due to stormy weather conditions or maintenance when necessary.

All persons using the pool do so at their own risk and sole responsibility – there is no lifeguard. The Tuscany Forever accepts no liability for the injury, death or loss resulting from the use of the pool, e.g., clothing, valuables, etc.

Children and young people up to 18 years of age may only stay in the area of the Estate under the supervision of their legal guardians, who take full responsibility for their safety and all potential damages caused by them. Leaving a child unsupervised in or near a swimming pool even for a second is PROHIBITED.

Glass, inappropriate toys (e.g., fragile), inappropriate behaviour (e.g., running, pushing others, littering, spitting, blowing nose, urinating) are not allowed in the pool area.

For hygienic reasons all people are obliged to take a shower using soap before swimming and to use disinfection liquid located by an entrance.

Appropriate swimwear must be worn in the pool. Swimming cups are obligatory. Kids wearing diapers are only allowed into the pool, when wearing rubber pants.

The floor around swimming pools is usually wet, so non-slip safety shoes are necessary.

Swimmers can’t be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jumping head ahead into swimming pools is prohibited.

It is recommended not to swim within 3 hours after meals.

Guests with contagious diseases are kindly requested not to use a pool.

In order to respect other guests’ comfort, it is kindly requested to listen to music with headphones.

Please always keep the swimming pool area clean – leaving any waste is prohibited.

Our staff is authorised to execute the above requirements.

In case of emergency, please call 112 and contact the reception.

I am aware that the above regulations are included in the appendix By-laws for the Tuscany Forever which makes part of the contract.
