This Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions (section “Cancellation & amendment of booking”).

How to cancel or amend

Cancellation or amendment of a booking must be made by telephone or e-mail. A telephone request only takes effect once the customer confirms it in writing or by e-mail.

When you cancel

• Within 7 days of receiving the confirmation e-mail — full refund of any and all payments made. Not applicable for booking submitted 21 days or fewer prior to the arrival date – in this case the full payment is due at once and it is not refundable.
• After that, but more than 21 days before arrival — Tuscany Forever retains any advance payment.
• 21 days or fewer before arrival — Tuscany Forever retains the whole payment.
• Balance unpaid 21 days before arrival — Tuscany Forever may cancel the booking, unless it was made fewer than 21 days before arrival and paid in full at once.

The availability of services and facilities depends on the season. Detailed information for your booked period is available from Tuscany Forever on request.

Cancellation by Tuscany Forever

Tuscany Forever may cancel or amend a booking in extraordinary, objectively justified circumstances — such as force majeure or other events beyond its control that make fulfilment impossible. Guests will be informed promptly.
